Insert Moulding

Insert Moulding is an integral manufacturing process at SAMTECH. It combines plastic injection moulding with precast plastic, metal or other materials. We specialize in making insert moulded products used in Alternator, Wiper Motor, Starter Motor, Washer Pump, Ignition Coil, Batteries etc.

Over Moulding

Over Moulding is a critical injection moulding process used to mould one plastic material over the top of another substrate. The substrate could be an injection-molded plastic part or any kind of terminal but, it could be made of other raw material as well. We specialize in manufacturing products whose applications are in Battery, Electricals, Switch Gears, Appliances etc.

Rotary Type Vertical Injection Moulding

To perform activities like insert moulding and over moulding, we have customized rotary type vertical injection moulding machine with a specialized team. It has several advantages such as increased efficiency, productivity, producing wide range of products with several applications etc.
