Samtech is engaged in manufacturing of precision injection moulds and moulded parts with consistency. We are equipped with latest mould manufacturing as well as moulding facilities managed by qualified engineers and highly skilled manpower. We can develop products of complex designs and manufacture them at large scale. We serve to manufacturers of automotive & industrial batteries, auto electrical assemblies and household products. Our presence is across India and Europe.

A Look at Our Journey

1997
Started in a rented place with one EDM machine.
1999
Moved to own premises. Added one Lathe, Turrent Miling, Jig Boring Machine.
2003
Started Design Centre with CAD/CAM facilities. Started Manufacturing of Rubber moulds for automobile application.
2006
Started Design and Manufacturing of Plastic Injection moulds. Installed one VMC.
2010
Started commercial production of various Battery parts, 2 more injections moulding m/c were installed.
2012
Developed and started commercial productions of auto electrical part.
2014
Renovated office Building building and Design center.
2017
Factory building was expanded from 600sq mtr. To 1088 sq.mtr. To increase the production capacity.
2018
Upgrade QMS certification to IAT16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 Vertical Injection moulding machine installed. 4 new parts were developed.
2019
Two new Horizontal moulding machines (MILACRON) installed to increase capacity. New export business started in Europe. EDM Machine installed in Tool Room. 10 new parts were installed. 2 new customers added.
2020
Three new Horizontal machines were installed. 2 new parts were developed. Established electrical testing facility for our parts.
2021
Machine Installed 1. @ vertical inj moulding machine 2. Surface grinding Machine. 3.MFI Tester. Eight new parts were developed.
2022
1. Acquired new customers- 2.TDK India (P) Ltd 3. TNS SERVIS Czech Republic 4. Installed new VMC, MFI Tester, Video Measuring System.
