Critical parameters related to DFM (Design for Manufacturing) are checked. During this phase, the manufacturing feasibility of the product is studied. If all the critical points are okay, we initiate design and development.

The purchase department monitors the raw materials and the machinery requirements for our proceedings. Finding the best quality raw materials from the most credible suppliers is our core strength.
This stage marks the transition of on-screen models into real products where all products are manufactured through the plastic injection moulding process.
With all boxes ticked in the action plan, the final two still remain - QC and dispatch.
