The Quality Management System (QMS) acts as a central nervous system of all the activities performed at SAMTECH. As per the QMS, common standards that we practice across the organization are reporting and monitoring of the KPI's, documents management as per the clauses, non-conformity handling, creating 8D reports. Additionally, supplier quality assurance are defined to ensure best practices. We at SAMTECH, continuously improve its QMS along with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ZED Bronze and VDA 6.3. We analyze the inputs provided by our customers as well as suppliers, then appropriate actions are taken wherever necessary. SAMTECH strongly believes in 'Continual Improvement'. Hence, as a result, we focus on improving and standardizing our manufacturing processes to provide the finest quality products on time with zero defects. Our major goal is to enhance customer satisfaction. Furthermore, inorder to strengthen the quality assurance system, our teams are commited towards incorporating the culture of 'Error proofing' and 'Poka Yoke'.
